Why

There is no key field on this page

That is a decision, not an oversight. If you could type your key on the front page, you would have taught yourself to type it into the first page that says Anotera — and that habit is exactly what false pages live on.

The key belongs in one place: the clinic’s own address. This page sends you there and does nothing else. It does not know who you are, and it passes nothing on to us.

Every clinic has its own subdomain. Not a folder on a shared one. Two clinics on the same domain would share the browser’s storage — the separation has to hold in the browser as well, not only on the disk.
We cannot read your records. The files are encrypted with a key derived from the clinician’s own — and if you run your own environment, we have never seen it. How data is handled
We cannot reset a forgotten key. That is the other side of the same thing. It is why the setup says where it is to be kept, and why it is never written out on a screen.
The name stays in your browser. It is saved locally, so you are spared writing it again. It does not leave the machine.

Not a customer yet?

A clinic sets itself up in a couple of minutes: name, address on the web, the psychologist’s name and a telephone number that is confirmed with a code. Then records, calendar, booking and video consultation are up — at once, and with your own key.
